Maulana Shabbeer Nakhshbandi in a message congratulated Dr. Jyotsana Yagnik for pronouncing the fearless and frank judgment against the culprits of Nirodapatya Killings case. The history of this great country would stand witness that a lady decorating the chair of justice pronounced a fair judgment against a woman culprit for her brutal killings in Nirodapatya, whereas the most tragic aspect of Indian judiciary is that it pronounced an impracticable judgment in Babri Masjid-Ram Mandir case of Ayodhya. He told that there is a need for other judges dealing with various cases of the Muslims carnage in Gujarat to follow the footsteps of Dr. Jyotsana Yagnik so that people’s confidence in Indian judiciary is further strengthened. He offered prayers for Dr. Jyotsanan in Ajmer’s shrine and other Darhgahs of India.
