Job Description:
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The SFDC Developer will be a member of the CRM Sales COE IT team. The main focus of this role is to not only implement solutions, but also to provide expert technical input related to design of solutions and investigation of issues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Act as technical resource within SFDC related areas.
Work in partnership with the SFDC Functional Lead to outline design to meet requirements. The Developer will then play a key role in the implementation of the solution.
Architect solutions based on current environment and requirements while considering best practices, scalability and flexibility in an ever progressing and changing sales organization.
Assist with design and development of interfaces between Salesforce and other systems. Ability to work with SOA team and other technical teams to coordinate design and implementation of changes including testing and issue resolution.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
SFDC Certified Administrator and Developer at a minimum. Other certifications (Advanced Administrator, Advanced Developer) preferred. Strong experience with administration, Apex code, VisualForce Pages, Apex Classes, Triggers, Objects, SOQL, SFDC integration with Oracle, and other AppExchange items. Knowledge of Force.com platform.
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with Sales Cloud including global implementations with SFDC interfaces to Oracle, BigMachines, and other AppExchange items.
Understanding of sales processes and how changes impact the overall SFDC space and user experience.
Written and verbal communication skills to allow for effective team interactions.
Strong analytical skills.
Expert Quality Assurance testing including: integration, system, regression, and data driven testing
Experience in creating and developing strategic test plans, cases and reports
Knowledge of Oracle CPQ Cloud (BigMachines) a plus
