Seven students of Rahmani 30 crack 2013 IIT entrance test

Seven our of 23 student from Rahmani 30 have cracked the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) – Advanced 2013.

Rahmani 30 continues its success for the fifth consecutive year. JEE conducted for entry into the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).

The candidates are 1) Sajid Iqbal, 2) Maa’z Haider, 3) Munwwar Hameed Nazri, 4) Aatif Gulbaaz, 5) Irshad Ziya, 6) Khushnoor Qadir and 7) Mohd Danish Hussain. One more old patern student Mohd. Tahseen Aalam also cleared the IIT-JEE.

The JEE this year was conducted in two parts for the first time. JEE-Main and JEE-Advanced are the newer version of the earlier IIT-JEE, the joint entrance exam for admission to IITs.

The first batch of Rahmani-30, managed by the Rahmani Foundation of Munger, had got 100% success.

Brainchild of Maulana Syed Mohammad Wali Rahmani, Rahmani-30 was launched in July 2008. It provides free coaching to poor Muslim students from government schools for competitive exams.

In its first batch it created history when all its ten students who appeared for the IIT-JEE 2009 cleared the coveted exam.
