Seven people were arrested Wednesday for illegal mining in Bihar’s Rohtas district, and police seized 3,000 detonators and a large quantity off ammonium nitrate.
Rohtas Superintendent of Police Manu Maharaj said: “It appears that the detonators and explosive materials were meant for use in illegal mining.”
