Setwin Reconstituted

The Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy today reconstituted the SETWIN (Society for Employment Promotion & Training in Twin Cities) with Mohammed Maqsood Ahmed (Minorities) as Chairman. Gajula Anjaiah (BC-D), S.Dhanraj (SC) and J Rajender Yadav (BC) will be the members.

The Society for Employment Promotion & Training in Twin Cities, popularly known as SETWIN, was established with two training centers for providing training in six courses. SETWIN is protected by an enactment by the Legislative Assembly under ‘Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act’ 2001.The SETWIN was established to provide training to deserving persons in different disciplines.

SETWIN is also engaged in production of goods as may be decided by the Managing Committee from time to time. It awards certificates to those who have successfully completed the training courses. It also sells products and bye-products arising out of production or incidental to the course of training. (NSS)
