Waqf Board has terminated the services of Naeb Imam of Masjid located at Hajj House. The board took the decision on account of negligence in performing the duties. Chief Executive Officer Sultan Muhiuddin issued orders in this connection. Present Imam Saber Pasha has been directed to lead 5 prayers till further orders. Earlier Imam was responsible for leading 3 prayers while Naeb Imam was responsible to lead 2 prayers.
The orders stated that the Naeb Imam M A Wahab was found at fault of being absent at Fajr prayers despite issuing notice he continued to be negligent; hence on the direction of Special Officer Waqf Board it was decided to terminate his services.
