Ghaziabad, June 22: An alleged serial killer, suspected of murdering two persons and planning to commit another, was arrested here, police said today.
Udham allegedly killed Kalu with the help of his cousin Gulbir after he suspected him of having an illicit affair with his wife, SP (Rural) M M Beg said.
On June 19, he killed Gulbir, an eye witness to his previous murder, with the help of another relative Ravinder. Udham was arrested yesterday after Ravinder informed the police.
