Dr. Rajive Sharma the Chief Secretary of Telangana had a meeting with the Chief Justice of Supreme Court in New Delhi yesterday; he has a detail talk on the need of separate High Court for Telangana.
The Chief Secretary discussed the problem faced by high Court of Telangana after the bifurcation of the two states, and he told that there is a need of separate High court after the bifurcation of the two states.
Chief justice of Supreme Court has agreed with the decision of a separate High Court for Telangana and the Chief Justice of India was informed regarding this talk. Parda gate at King Koti or the R.B.I building at Iram Manzil will be the location for the new high court of telangana.
Because of place issue of currently located high court, it decided that it will work under AP as Hyderabad is the capital of both states for 10 years.
The Govt of Telangana is in search of location for the new High Court in telangan , the CM has visited the Padra Gate and RBI at Iram Manzil , he is preferring parda gate at king koti as it is located at the center of the city, and after 10 years the high court will be shifted to its
old location.
CM of Telangana in his current visit to Delhi met the Chief justice of India and has requested him for a separate High Court for the Telangana state.
The Govt of Telangana is sure that Chief Justice of India will soon gives the orders for the separate High Court and according to that allotment of judges will takes place.
