Handling calls & emails of internal & external customers to fulfill the requirements and address concerns on IMI offered services.
Monitor, analyze and address reliability & performance issues of servers and network elements.
Manage workflows and service requests through ticketing system seeking support from next level support groups and vendors and ensure uninterrupted services with seamless support aiming customer satisfaction.
Service Request Management & Incident Management along with SLA Management with in TIVOLI SmartCloud Control Desk.
Should have done ITIL foundation Course
2-3 years of experience with B.Tech/ MCA
Candidate should be male
24 * 7 Shift basis
