The Role
Leading Architecture practice enjoy an excellent reputation from years of designing and delivering large scale projects. A very well structured and stable business, this organization have a very low staff turn over, with long term career prospects available.
Due to client satisfaction, they are extremely busy and require a tried and true Dubai based Architect to join the practice to delivery land mark projects in the UAE.
This professional will ‘hit the ground running’ on day 1, taking projects from design to delivery, managing high level client relationships professionally, and taking responsibility over the whole project and the team performance.
Representing this firm within the market, this individual will uphold the high standards that this well structured organization has achieved and become renowned for.
Requirements
With successful Dubai project running experience on largescale build schemes, this individual will have a proven portfolio showing design to construction stage.
15-20 years post graduation of a Degree in Architecture, this individual will have an excellent appreciation for innovative design, technical and local regulation knowledge, this individual will be an all round delivery Architect.
The ability to mentor and drive a team of Architects and Drafters aswell as managing external consultants on delivery of services.
Excellent English communication skills are required, teamed with the ability to present to the Management team, and to VIP clients.
