Job Description
Ensure a high level of understanding and compliance with existing and proposed legislation for HR
Liaise with the different trade unions present in site & maintain an optimal relationship with them
Manage talent related processes to promote growth from within
Manage process of all new employee contracts for both contractual and regular positions for site
Interact with clients and ensure full compliance and utilisation of resources
Promote, implement and assist in the coordination of Sodexo’s existing and proposed reward and benefit programs and organise welfare programs
Report to Regional Office on a monthly basis
Coordinate with the HR team effectively
Salary:INR 7,00,000 – 10,00,000 P.A
