Job Description:
Responsible for the management of design and production of highway deliverables. Lead in the preparation of design analysis, technical reports and presentation materials. Effective communicator to interact with overseas team of project managers to understand project brief. Provide technical support to the Team Leader, and act independently as may be required under certain circumstances Interface with other Engineering disciplines for the integrity of design. Provides technical guidance, mentoring and support to the design engineers and CAD technicians. Oversee the design progress to meet the deliverable milestones. Undertake technical review of all highway related components on designs produced at all stages and verify completeness to technical standards and constructability. Should be a qualified B.Tech civil engineering with specialization in M.Tech (Transportation Engineering) from reputed university. Minimum of 8 – 12 years work experience in infrastructure/highway projects. Should be familiar with the highway projects starting from concept to tender and construction stage. Must possess thorough knowledge of various highway design standards AASHTO/DMRB/Middle East/IRC. Must have hands on experience in MX/Civil 3D / 12D software. Should have carried out the document / drawing quality control checking process. Experience in working in global delivery project, with contractors (EPC and DDB) is desirable.
