A Business Analyst is responsible for providing support to the BusinessAdvisor in the deliveryof strategic services to the Business. This individual will help the BusinessAdvisor translate business strategies into actionable Talentstrategies. WhatYou Will Do:As a Business Analyst you will help to foster change throughoutthe organization and ensurethat Talent strategies are aligned with the firms culture in the following ways: Proactively deliver value added metrics using appropriate tools that can be translated into meaningful information by Businessadvisors to help providecreative solutions on business issues; leverage analytics to break down internal and externalfactors influencing the business. Understand the market, industryand competitors to assistthe business in developing a Talent strategythat meets the changing needs of the marketplace Manages the analysis and evaluation of Talent programsand processes as directed by the Business Advisors Supports the Business Advisor to identify key Talentissues or trends the business is facing and help formulate actions to addressthe issues Present attrition analysis with specific root causes bycollating information from the ELE exit team Analyze Talent survey results for business including: Identify areas where additional information is requiredto understand a particular score/ input from Talent survey Analyze data received from the talent survey, Attritionanalysis and ES to provide a comprehensive analysis and priority items toBusiness Advisor and Business to build a comprehensive action plan to enhanceengagement. Closely monitor the growth numbers, attrition trends, hiring order boards, skill set requirements and provide inputs on externalmarket trend to help business forecast short term and long term headcount/ skillneeds Support Business Advisors in the launch of newinitiatives such as a cross rotational programs and process improvement projects, by identifyingopportunities across other FSS and sharing best practices that can be adopted Support Business Advisors in Collaborating with variousCOEs & CTS on aligning their strategies, programs and policies with theBusiness demand and requirements to ensure effective service delivery acrossthe Talent channels (e. g. Deployment, Total Rewards, Acquisition, Development, CTS) Collaborate with the Strategy and Communication COE todetermine the strategy on providing key messages to thebusiness (i. e. , Talent strategies, programs, and services) and Talent employees TheTeam Talent team offers HRsolutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure everyprofessionals engagement with the organization is meaningful. It is structuredinto five major organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, TalentDevelopment, Talent Specialties and Talent Operations. As part of the BusinessAdvisory team, you will work with our business leaders, foster changethroughout the organization and ensure that Talent strategies are aligned withthe firms culture
