New Renewable Energy Development Corporation of A.P. and A.P. State Energy Conservation Mission will organize a two-day seminar on 28th and 29th July at Hotel Golconda, Hyderabad. The topic of the Seminar is “ECO SURE SUMMIT 2013”. Solar Energy and Wind Power will be discussed in the Seminar.
Mr. Kamlakar Babu, Chairman and M.D. of NREDCAP told this while addressing a news conference in Hyderabad yesterday. He said that various companies and organizations are sending there expert to this seminar. In the two sessions of the first day the discussion would be held on Generation of Electricity through Solar Energy plants and air. On the second day the session will be held on Green Building and Energy Conservation. He informed that the Ministry of New and Renewable energy is operating Electricity generation project to produce 36.75 MW solar energy under A.P State Solar Policies projects are producing 20.15 MW power. Govt. of A.P. has agreed to provide 20% subsidy for domestic sector upto 1-3 KW energy through the installation of Roof Top Solar System. It has also sent proposals for financial assistance from the Central Govt. for installing 10, 000 solar roof top system.
