Today A Seminar on “Journey towards your Job” was organised by Smart Academy an initiative of Bashir & Sawar Babukhan Trust & Avenir Labs in association with SIASAT at Mirza Gardenn Function Hall, Golconda Fort, Hyderabad.
Dr. Mohammad Hasibuddin, Director – Chairman of Universal Society for Education, Mohammed Yousuf, Vice President of Renaissance Softlabs (P) Ltd. & Mohammed Abdul Subhan, Sr. Technical Lead of Wipro Technologies were among the dignitaries.
The programme was hosted by Mr. Humai Arif and started with recitation of Quran by Mr. Awais.
K H Mustafa (Co Founder & Partner – Avenir Labs) have introduced the services of Smart Academy run by Mr. Bashiruddin Babukhan. Mustafa also shared Avenir Labs training and Placement experience for Muslim participants success during previous year.
Shoeb Anwar (Founder & Managing Partner – Avenir Labs) have given a presentation on “Journey Towards Your Job”. He talked about Current Scenario of Education and Job Market & Status of Muslims Today. According to organisation’s research & understanding Muslim youth needs awakening and start getting serious for their career. According to their survey Educational institution are lacking quality for various reason and as Muslim youths of Hyderabad are lazy enough to even participate in job interviews. He invited participants of the congregation to approach the organisation for getting trained at their Learn iT and Evolution Programme.
Talking about current scenario of Job market, Shoeb Anwar said that Hyderabad market have good jobs in IT, ITES, Civil, Finance and Pharma but Muslim candidates are unable to grab them due to lack of skill and seriousness.
Dr. Mohammed Haseebullah Chairman Universal Society for Education, have guided all the participant by sharing his experience and congratulated the young organisers for taking such initiatives and helping Muslim youth in building their career.
Mr. Mohammed Yousuf Vice President at Renaissance soft labs have discussed about job market and stressed to youth to make career rather than just gaining degrees without knowledge. He said people get job and make their career due to their attitude and skills and Muslims youths need to learn that attitude & gain skill (Technical or administrative) according to their interest.
Mr. Mohammed Abdul Subhan working as a senior IT lead in Wipro have discussed about needs of Muslim youths of Golconda area and guided them to get serious for building their career and to utilize the services of various organisations run for betterment of Muslim Youths.
Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Mohiuddin (Co Founder & Partner – Avenir Labs) have given vote of thanks and shared the efforts of Mr. Bashiruddin Babukhan, Mr. Gyasuddin Babukhan, Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan and Mr. Ziyauddin Nayyer for helping Muslim youths to build their career. He appealed all the gathering to make dua for their health and recovery of Mr Gayasuddin babukhan nad Bashiruddin babukhan and also thanked Mr Fahad of Golconda area for their efforts in conducting the seminar.
After the event the participants have taken a career guidance from the Team of Avenir Labs and were invited to participate in their training programs for various courses according to their educational qualifications.
