Center for Urdu Language, Literature and culture of Maulana Azad National Urdu University is conducting a two day seminar on 23rd and 24th October on Detective Literature of Ibn-e-Safi. Prof. S.A. Shukoor, Director of Urdu Academy will be the Chief Guest. Prof. Syed Mujavir Husain Rizvi, former Head of the Dept. of Urdu of University of Hyderabad will the guest of honour. Prof. Ahmedullah Khan, former Dean, Faculty of Law, Osmania University will deliver key note address. Prof. Mohammed Miyan, Vice Chancellor of Urdu University will preside over the inaugural function. Prof. S. M.Rahmatullah, Registrar of Urdu University will welcome the guests. Prof Khalid Sayeed, Director of the Center will introduce the topics of the seminar. On this occasion the book containing the articles presented in the earlier seminar on “Writings of Women and writings on Women” will be released. Prof. Mahmood Siddiqui will conduct the meeting.
