(Siasat News)Minorities Committee of All India Small-Scale Industries conducted self-Help cum-self Employment Programme for poor and deserving Muslim women at Minorities Bhavan in New Malakpet yesterday.
Counseling session was held under the chairmanship of its president, Mr. Syed Zainulabedeen Sayeed. 148 Muslim women participated in this programme. Out of this, 13 women were identified and given sewing machine embroidery machine, spice grinder, potato chips making machine, wax candles making unit, embroidery frames with the cooperation of some rich persons. Efforts are being made to provide help to the remaining women also.
