Union Ministers representing Seema Andhra region met Mr. Digvijay Singh and handed over the memorandum signed by C.M., APCC President, State Ministers and MLAs in which a demand has been made to withdraw the decision of separate Telangana. Mr. K.S.Rao, Mr. J.D.Selam, Mr. Chiranjivee, Mr. Palam Raju, Ms. Purandeshwari, Ms. Krupa Rani and Ms. Panabaka Lakshmi met Mr. Digvijay Singh. These leaders handed over the resolution passed by Andhra leaders to keep A.P. State integrated. Mr. N.Kiran Kumar Reddy and Mr. P.Satyanarayana have also signed this resolution. These Ministers apprised Mr. Singh of the latest agitation in Seema Andhra region and demanded him for suggesting for the constitution of second States Reorganization Commission. They also told him that if the bifurcation of the State is inevitable, Hyderabad should be made permanent capital of both the States or it should made the second capital of the country.
Mr. Digvijay Singh told him that decision has already been taken for dividing the State into Andhra and Telangana region and there won’t be any change in it.
