President of Telangana Political JAC, Prof. Kodandaram alleged that the capitalists of Seema Andhra are continuing their agitation in favour of integrated A.P. only for looting the resources of Telangana. Their agitation is undemocratic. They have purchased many lands belonging to Govt. and Wakf Board and still they want to usurp many more lands in Hyderabad. For this reason, they are patronizing Seema Andhra agitation. The capitalists of Seema Andhra have no role in the Industrial development of Hyderabad. Prof. Kodandaram bitterly criticized the C.M. of A.P. Mr. N.Kiran Kumar Reddy that he is issuing statements against the constitution of India and expressing his partisan attitude for Seema Andhra region. He should know that he is not the C.M. of 13 districts of Seema Andhra. It may be noted that right from the beginning, the C.M. is against Telangana. It may be remembered that in A.P. Assembly he had made a statement that funds will not be released for the development of Telangana region. Due to Seema Andhra agitation, RTC buses have stopped plying whereas the buses of political leaders are operating in Seema Andhra region. He stressed the need for the Congress leaders of Telangana region to get united. In view of the latest changes, Telangana Political JAC is not prepared to accept the proposal of keeping Hyderabad as common capital for both the States for a period of 10 years. He told that on 17th September, on all the Govt. offices, the national flag should be hoisted to mark the merger of Hyderabad State into Indian Union. He also opposed the proposal of declaring Hyderabad as a Union Territory.
