Secretary Minority Welfare invited government’s attention towards lack of officers in Minority Welfare Department. He sent a proposal to government to allot additional officers to the department to improve the performance of Minority Welfare Department and its related institutions.
After the split of department into Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, there is no post of deputy secretary in Telangana. Post of deputy secretary was allotted to Andhra Pradesh while only an assistant secretary was allotted to Telangana.
Secretary Minority Welfare Ahmed Nadeem proposed to government to immediately appoint deputy secretary for minority Welfare in Telangana.
