New Delhi: Armed Forces Tribunal pronounced a judgment declaring the second wife of Lt. Col. Sardar Ahmed Khan (Rtd.) entitled for getting health and pension benefits. AFT bench consisting of Justice S.S. Satish Chandran and Air Marshal, J. N. Burma in their judgment told that the second of the army officer is entitled to all the benefits of Health and Pension. The judges opined that as a Muslim the officer has a legal right for the second marriage.
