Job Description:
.Build a comprehensive sales and manpower plan, based on thorough evaluation of market scenario and which is in sync with company’s macro objectives.
.Communicate and execute the approved plans with team.
.Recruit and select approved manpower for the team, as per the criteria provided in Business HRM guidelines.
.Monitor & ensure structured induction process of new recruits in field and periodically identify training needs of the team.
.Guide team members in enhancing their performance metrics, through personalized planning of their individual customers, sales projection, and analysis.
.Ensure smooth distribution network, process with the stockiest, and CNF agents of assigned territories.
.Monitor and ensure the achievement of sales target on monthly basis.
.Foster product/brand loyalty and market coverage through promotional events like Doctor General Meets, Continuous Medical EducationPrograms, Conferences, and Product Awareness Camps, etc.
.Plan, develop, and implementkey marketing strategies in alignment with the business requirement
.Monitor product contribution and facilitate new product launches
.Maintain good relations with premier Doctors & Hospitals for product awareness, building association, and strengthening business.
.Remain abreast with new medical practices, competitor strategies, products, market share and other activities.
.Monitor and ensure achievement of primary & secondary sales targets through information exchange and planning with team members
.Conduct meetings with team & business associates, perform review, troubleshoot field issues, etc.
.Collect feedback from market, guide team for plan & strategy implementation including on job training.
