SDPI (Social Democratic Party of India) fully subscribes and unconditionally supports to the fight carried on by Ambedkar Student Association (ASA), led by now JAC (Joint Action Committee). SDPI had protested on 18th of January at Jantar Mantar, Delhi by holding a massive dharna against the murder of Late RohithVemula and in support of other brave fighters of ASA,who have taken the cudgels on behalf of the weaker andexploited sections of society in India. SDPI has also been carrying a series of protests since 18th of January in various partsof the country including Delhi, Kerala,Karnataka, Telengana, Andhra Pradesh etc.
