Ingredients
1. 1 whole egg plus
2. 1 egg white
3. 1 8-inch wholewheat tortilla or roti
4. 2 Tbsp chopped green pepper
5. 2 Tbsp chopped red onion
6. 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Method:
1. Scramble eggs with pepper and onion and fold into tortilla with cheese.
