The South Central Railway has operationalised a Toll Free Helpline Phone No. 1800-425-5090 to receive catering related complaints or suggestions with a view to ensure better services. This helpline will be manned round the clock by staff.
Passengers can register their complaints/suggestions related to catering services rendered at stations on South Central Railway and also on trains on South Central Railway system over this helpline number.
This is in addition to the existing Catering Helpline Nos. 040-27834044 and 97013-70964.
