Dubai, September 17: Minister of Education Humaid Mohammed Al Qutami on Wednesday ratified the school calendar for the next three years after the approval of Ministerial Council for Services. The minister said the calendar is an unprecedented step for deciding the education time-table for the next three years.
He also approved the extension of a class period by five minutes, thus adding 17 more days to the school days in an academic year.
