New Delhi, April 30: The Supreme Court today refused to pass any order on a petition filed by Haryana seeking transfer of execution and management work of several projects on the river Ravi to Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB).

The Bench issued notices to the Centre and Punjab government and sought their responses on the plea of Haryana that central funds should be stopped for projects on river Ravi to the state government.

Haryana, in its petition, also sought a declaration from the apex court as to entitlement of proportionate shares of electricity generated from Anandpur Sahib, the Mukerian, Thien Dam, UBDC stage-II and Shahpur Kandi hydal power projects.
