Supreme Court today declined to review a petition submitted by Telangana Government against the previous High Court judgement to share in the proportion of 58 and 42 per cent the properties of higher education council and bank accounts. The apex court asked the state government to bifurcate the institutions as directed by the HC as per 10th schedule. The Telangana Government moved the supreme court onApr 18 seeking to review the high court order. The two Telugu states should bifurcate the institutions as per the 10th schedule the supreme court reportedly said. (NSS)
