The Supreme Court on Monday will decide on bail plea of Jaganmohan Reddy, who has been in jail since last year in disproportionate assets case.
Jagan Reddy, the YSR Congress chief is in custody in Chanchalguda Central Prison in Hyderabad since May 2012.
Reddy had moved the apex court after Hyderabad High Court had rejected his bail plea in January.
The Supreme Court on April 29 issued a notice to the CBI asking it to file a response by today on why Jagan should not be granted bail.
This is Jagan Reddy’s sixth attempt to get bail.
