SC cancels bail of rape case accused principal

Hyderabad, November 02:The Supreme Court of India today cancelled the bail of Mohammed Salahuddin Ayub the former Principal of Parkwood International School who is allegedly involved in the rape case of a student.

According to the sources the principal of the school was arrested by the sleuths of the central crime Station in July 2010 on the charges of raping 17 year old a student of the school.

He managed to jump out on bail in May 2011, as a result the Hyderabad City Police filed a petition before the Apex court pleading to cancel the bail of Ayub who is involved in the heinous crime by raping a student hailing from Mumbai. The tainted principal of the school had earlier reportedly confessed to have committed the rape and a charge sheet was filed against him.

The Supreme Court today passed orders for canceling the bail of the accused person. “ The CCS police consistently pursued the matter with the Supreme Court and today the court passed orders canceling the bail” Investigating officer of the case Inspector A.P.Anand Kumar said.
