Supreme Court today given a green signal to Andhra Pradesh Government to continue APSHEC in Hyderabad. In a case against the High Court verdict that APSCHE cannot continue to exist in Hyderabad, the apex court ruled that the higher education council can continue its functioning in Hyderabad. The SC also issued orders stating that Andhra Pradesh Government can conduct its examinations in the state. Directing the Centre to be part of the issue, the court postponed the case for four weeks.
