Residents of Sayeedabad area led by Syed Kareemuddin Shakeel advocate called on commissioner of police Hyderabad Mr. Anurag Sharma and submitted a memorandum in which the delegation strongly protested against the police attitude during the recent communal riots occurred at Sayeedabad and stated that police at the behest of politicians who have their own vested interest, is harassing innocent Muslim youth by wrongly implicating them in false cases. As a result a Muslim youth Mujju lost his life.
Police is implicating innocent Muslim youth in fake cases at the behest of secret agents belonging to political parties so that by involving innocent Muslims in communal cases they can reap political gains.
They demanded that the police commissioner put an end to the harassment of innocent Muslim youth and immediately release the youth who have been implicated in false cases and have been kept in various police station.
