Riyadh: A Saudi groom divorces his bride when he found a pistol in her bag during honeymoon visit. Meanwhile, the father of the bride tried to pacify him saying that the pistol was given by bride’s uncle as a gift but he stuck to his stand.
In Saudi Arabia, the relatives of brides and grooms present gifts which are of strange nature. Presenting a pistol to this bride is also a strange incident. The groom felt a danger on finding pistol in his bride’s bag and divorce her.
