Karachi, August 1 : Former Pakistani skipper Rashid Latif has advised wicketkeeper-batsman Sarfraz Ahmed to remain silent on the team management’s decisions, adding that it is his best strategy as well as strength.
He praised him for performing well in T20 and ODI’s and helping the nation to win.
Latif further requested the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to stop speculation about Sarfraz’s exclusion from the first T20.
Pakistan vice-captain Sarfraz was not among the playing eleven against Sri Lanka in the first T20 in Colombo and his inclusion in the second T20 is in doubt following the favouritism prevailing in Pakistan.
Sarfaraz on his World Cup debut took the man of the match award scoring a brisk 49 and taking six catches against South Africa .(ANI)
