The Role
(4mths contract)
Invoices posting into SAP System
Ensure all suppliers invoices received complaice with company financial policies.
Participates actively in the monthly closing
Handle the physical petty cash
Process Employees Travel Expense and payments in a timely manner
Check and post the suppliers invoices and Debit note Distributors into SAP system
Check and upload the payroll and TexMe files into SAP system
Ensure all the invoices complaiance with company financial policies.
Handle the physical petty cash and perform monthly reconciliation with Petty cash balance in SAP
Should be Accurate on time processing of key financial transactions
Working closely with internal and external partners and external auditors

Requirements
University Qualifications: Bachelors in Accountancy
Specialist knowledge: SAP Accounting
Reconciliation
