San Francisco: Samsung is set to open its first Bay Area Samsung Experience Store in the heart of Silicon Valley and interestingly, it is not located very far from its major rival Apple’s headquarters in Cupertino.
The new Samsung retail store location at the Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto, California, is only about 15 miles (roughly 24 km) from Apple’s headquarters in Cupertino, CNET reported on Wednesday.
The new retail store is located at the Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto, in California and will be thrown open for the public starting on Thursday, December 12. This is the fourth retail location of its kind in the US.
The centre of the store will focus on Samsung’s extensive line of phones, currently showcasing the flagship Note 10 and S10 devices as well as the more budget-friendly A series, the report added.
The new retail store is said to give prospective buyers a first hand experience to the company’s product line, as well as support for repair services.
