Mumbai, August 27: Sameera Reddy may be on a career high after bagging a film with Priyadarshan – BULLET TRAIN. However, she doesn’t wish to stop living life to the fullest and aims at doing lesser but only quality work. She takes her cue from some of the overworked actresses from past and present who couldn’t enjoy some of the best moments that life had to offer.
“Look at Karisma Kapoor. What a fantastic and hard working actress. However, I don’t think that she can look back and say much about the life that she lived beyond movies in her earlier years”, reflects Sameera, “She used to do films continuously and in the bargain became a superstar. I want to go easy though. Ultimately, it is a path that you choose to balance your personal and professional life.”
Talking about travel, Sameera has enjoyed her globe trotting for quite a few months now.
“Why just few months, in fact if I look back, I would tell you that I have had a fantastic eight years in the industry”, gushes Sameera, “I have had my film career but then I haven’t sacrificed my personal life for anything. I went to different places across the globe, attended weddings of my relatives and friends, got a certificate in scuba driver, played golf, the works. It has been an eventful journey so far. No regrets whatsoever as I have always had my own way of living life.”
