Mumbai, October 26: Though after much of a wait and a delayed start, what Delhiites got to witness at Sanjana Jon’s show was pure bliss! From sensuous Sush to Sen sisters Riya-Raima and Chess champ Tania to boxing dude Vijendra all were there! But the one who stole the show and left the crowd hooting, whistling and completely awestruck was Salman Khan!
Ah…could we ask for more?
A delayed start couldn’t have offered a better treat to Delhiites! Sen’s ruled – from the super-sensuous Sushmita to Riya and Raima, Chess champ Tania Sachdev to boxing hunk Vijendra Singh and singer Shibani Kashyap all were there! But the one who stole the show and left the crowd hooting, whistling and completely awestruck was Salman Khan, who walked the ramp with bro Sohail.
Dressed in all black shirt and trouser with a glittering belt, Salman hit the runway in his typical bindaas style and waved out to his fans in the audience. The jam-packed show area would go crazy each time Salman appeared on the ramp. We heard someone saying, “I wish he removes his shirt!”…but Sallu left them wishing so!
Sush, accompanied by her brother Rajiv, sizzled in a short black number. Must say the lady still rules the ramp just like she did in the Miss Universe days!
The debutant designer Sanjana takes inspiration from the deep seeded family values and the strength of love amongst siblings akin to Indian families. Watching the siblings on the ramp left debutant designer Sanjana Jon teary eyed.
“Of course I am missing my brother, but I’m happy that I’ve got so many brothers now,” said Sanjana talking about Salman, Sohail, Vijender and the Bangash brothers – Ayaan and Amaan accompanying her post the show.
After such a happening Day 2, what will Day 3 have in store?
