Salesman commits suicide due to harassment for loan repayment

Hyderabad: A man committed suicide at Falaknuma in old city of Hyderabad. He resorted to the extreme step due to alleged harassment by two persons.

According to police sources, Mohammed Jahangir (35) was salesman by occupation and resided in Sanjay Gandhi Nagar, Nawab Saheb Kunta. The man who worked in a shop as salesman had borrowed Rs. 60 thousand from the shop owner.

Police said that Zameer and Zaheer were harassing Jahangir after they had taken victim’s signature on a stamp paper. Unable to bear further harassment Jahangir committed suicide.

Investigations are underway.
