Sales Operations Lead

Job Description

1.Build a GTM analysis framework in association with the GTM sales leaders
Decide the list of metrics for GTM performance analysis, reporting architecture
Decide the frequency, mode and method of publishing the analysis outcomes / reports

2.Support the sales team with tracking order intake, backlog, pipeline, revenue, DSO and gross margin at the account, company, industry and geo levels. Enable sales forecasting

3.List / highlight KPIs which require attention by sales managers

4.Manage the business process and requirements for salesforce.com and reconcile data to ensure SF.com and SAP are in sync (Opportunity #, Hierarchy and Commission %)

5.Support collection of underlying data and calculate achievement for commissions

6.Provide creation and delivery of key reports, dashboards and ad-hoc information request to sales leadership

7.Drive gap analysis, and partner with sales leaders in Sales Review meetings to facilitate specific execution plans (e.g. geography performance improvement plans, best practice programs, win/loss analytics, pipeline management, etc.)

8.Analyse sales, marketing expenses on a monthly basis and highlight deviations from budgets/forecasts

9.Identify and enable sales training for improving sales productivity
