Principal Accountabilities:
Responsibility for leading and managing all sales and commercial activities.
Managing and developing new accounts / leads to the verticals in BGC.
Exceeding and meeting the Sales targets to successfully manage the P&L.
Liaising with industry influencers & strategic partners to identify new business leads.
Working collaboratively with all products within the company.
Develop marketing collateral.
Will manage the preparation of major tenders and proposals.
Providing competitor intelligence / market intelligence and contribute to all sales meetings.
Being a team player and contributing to a professional and balanced working environment.
Develop and maintain relationships with all vertical Heads.
Will manage direct reports to President SSG on new sales update, creating major sales pipelines, giving new ideas & implementation.
Identify and understand new customer requirements and opportunities for additional products and services to be introduced to the client.
Analysis all relevant sectors pricing and negotiation factors in the market.
