Managing all aspects of Channel management like distribution, area demarcation, area/market development etc.
Formulate & implement sales promotion plans and new acquisition concepts to generate increased sales for achievement of revenue targets.
Coordinate the on field promotional activities for new outlets.
Conceptualize visual merchandising displays, POP & design of outlets for maintenance of Brand Image.
Sales & Planning:
Interact with the potential clients for new business development and achievement of targets.
Product promotions through different advertising & promotional schemes.
Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in business operations, meeting of individual & group targets
Analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine tuning sales & marketing strategies

Ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels
