TS government on Wednesday issued orders increasing the salaries of teaching and non-teaching staff of Residential Educational Institutions in the state.
Junior lecturers would get a salary of Rs 27,000, earlier it was Rs 18,000. Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) would get a salary of Rs 24,150 (earlier it was Rs 16,100). Salaries of Trained Graduate Teachers have been hike from Rs 14,800 to Rs 22,200. PETs would get Rs 16,350, previously they drew Rs 10,900. For stuff nurses the salaries have been hike to Rs 19,350 from Rs 12,900. (INN)
