Hyderabad, July 02: Allah, the Almighty met prophet Mohammed (SAWS) on the eve of Shab-e-Meraj and spoke to him. On this occasion, the gift of “Salaat” (Prayer) was given to the Muslims. It provides an opportunity to the believers to get closer to Allah.
Prophet Mohammed (SAWS) said that while offering Salaat one should imagine that Allah is looking at us. Prophet Mohammed (SAWS) was shown the punishments that the sinners were getting and also the rewards for the pious people. These thoughts were expressed by Maualana Shamsuddin Ahmed Quadri who came from Bahraich, U.P. especially to address Merajunnabi Conference which is being organized by Rahmath-e-Alam Committee held at Moghalpura Play ground.
Mufti Moinuddin Quadri (U.P.) said that the message Meraj has given to us is that we should hold tightly the rope of Allah. The programmed started with the recitation of Quranic verses by Qari Mohammed Salahuddin Javed. Maulana Shoukat Ali Soofi, News Editor, Rashtriya Sahara and President of the Reception Committee welcomed the guests and audience. The other speakers were Prof. Syed Badiuddin Saberi, Mr. Nadir Al-Masdoosi, Mr. Iqbal Rizvi, Mr. Ashfaqullah Khan & Mr. Mohammed Abdun Nayeem Quadri.
