Mumbai: After Saira Banu, wife of veteran actor, Dilip Kumar wrote a letter to CM of Maharashtra, Mr. Devendra Fadnavis to get back their house, an FIR is lodged against the builder.
According to the report published in Zee News, builder Sameer Bhojwani and others are booked for allegedly cheating Dilip Kumar.
In the letter, Saira Banu has alleged that the city builder is threatening her and Dilip Kumar to take over the family’s house. She also claimed that the builder has acquired fake documents.
According to the reports, the builder was making an attempt to usurp the house of Dilip Kumar located in Bandra, Mumbai which was given to Pratija Developers for renovating it. The renovation deed was canceled later against which the builder approached the court. However, the court ordered the builder to hand over the house to Mr. Dilip Kumar before 30th September.
