Mumbai, November 02: Saif Ali Khan became the first Bollywood producer to shoot his spy thriller ‘Agent Vinod in Latvia.
The actor who stars along with girlfriend Kareena Kapoor in the movie, is busy preparing for the Mumbai schedule after completing a grueling two month shoot in Latvia.
“The landscape in Latvia is exceptionally breath taking. We shot in many different locations across the different cities. We got access to some heritage structures, like old ruins, churches and museums. We tried to cover as much variety as the landscape offers,” director Sriram Raghavan said.
Though the director managed to capture some breath taking shots but that did not come easy as entire team struggled through the language barrier which turned out to be quite a challenge.
“It was very difficult to understand their language since not many Latvians speak English. But we had a great team of locals who helped us communicate.
