Sai Baba is better, say doctors

So attesting, a whole group of mandarins including Sri Satya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences director Dr A N Safaya, medical expert Dr Ravi Raj, principal secretary (health) P V Ramesh and Anantapur Collector B Janardhan Reddy, said Wednesday that Baba was responding to treatment and his blood pressure and sugar levels were normal.

They cited several parameters to underline their point. The leader’s pacemaker was working well and his heart was beating at 80 beats per minute. Blood pressure, sugar, sodium and potassium levels were normal. When Baba was hospitalised, he had been suffering from pneumonia and had pressure on his lungs. Now, the pressure has lessened.
