Sadhvi Pragya to be produced in MP court in murder case

Dewas (MP), March 23: Malegaon bomb blast accused Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, currently lodged in a Mumbai jail, is likely to be produced before a local court on March 30 in connection with the murder of RSS pracharak Sunil Joshi.

The summons in this regard were issued by Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Padmesh Shah last evening.

Pragya, an accused in the murder case, was earlier supposed to be present in the court on March 9 and then on March 21 but she was not granted permission by the Mumbai courts because of other cases pending against her.

Vasudev Parmar and Anand Raj Kataria, other accused in the case, were present in the court.

Joshi, a suspect in the Samjhauta Express bomb blast, was shot dead in Dewas in December 2007.
