Dadri: Sartaj, son of Mohammad Akhlaq who was killed by a mob in Dadri, UP, appeals for peace and to and maintain communal harmony on We The People.
“Saare jahan se accha hindustan hamara, if we all understand the meaning of this song there will be peace everywhere,” Sartaj said on Monday while interacting with NDTV news channel.
Speaking to the news channel, Sartaj, who serves as a Corporal in the India Airforce said as a soldier who serves the country, it was a matter of great pain for him that something so horrifying could happen to his family.
He asks everyone to pray for the life of his brother his 22-year-old son Danish who was critically injured in the brutal incident.
The incident has sparked outrage in the country.
