A Russian man is facing up to 15 years in jail after he murdered a recently released convict who had raped him 10 years ago, officials said Friday.
The 21-year-old accused, whose name was not given, attacked the 46-year-old convict in his native village of Suksun, around 1,500 km from Moscow in central Perm region.
“About 10 years ago, this man sexually assaulted the accused. He was convicted, served his sentence and was released,” a police spokesman said.
